Book out of stock - order 40330

I ordered a book on order 40330 on the 19th of February via their website and paid the same day. As per the website, the book was in stock and after 1-3 days of payment verification the book will reach me within 1day. Yesterday 26 Feb I phoned the call centre and they ensured me my book will be dispatched that same day and will reach me today 27th Feb 2013. I phoned today 27 Feb, 3 times after which the supervisor phoned me back and told me the book was no longer in stock and they must order it from the supplier and that will take 4 weeks... Maybe this wouldn't be that bad if they could have phoned me to inform, but i took me to phone them!!! If i waited for them, how long would it have taken? I have an assignment due, so this episode will cost me a new book from another store and over night courier costs to ensure that the book reaches me in time. Totally unacceptable!!! Will not deal with them again and will not recommend them to anyone!!!
