CHEQUE BOOK NOT ORDERED

I ordered a cheque book online via internet banking. I even phoned Nedbank Riverside Mall to check and they assured me that it is an easy process and my cheque book will be ready for collection within 3 working days. Today, almost 8 working days later, I went to the branch to collect my cheque book and guess what - no cheque book. They don't even have a record that it was ordered. So I really do not understand why they even offer the service online if it it not working. Now I have to wait another 3-7 days for a cheque book. Please do not offer a service if you cannot honor it!!!
