We have to attend a wedding in George in May and had to book flights from JNB to GRJ for 2 May 2014.

The first booking I made charged my credit card and the the website said "Oops, something went wrong, please try again". I then phoned the call centre and they said that it can take up to 7 days to bounce back and that I should try again. I did. Again, charged my card and then the site said "Oops, something went wrong, please try again". Very annoyed, being R4098 out and still not having a ticket I called the call centre.
They had to book me manually using my last payment, but my question is, where is my remaining R2049??
Anyway, I then later had to make a booking for myself. I phoned the contact centre and ask them if the site is working properly because I am still waiting for refund and don't want to go through this whole routine again. The contact centre confirmed everything was in order and I can book online.
I booked a flight, the site charged my card and then, again, got the "Oops, something went wrong, please try again" message. AGAIN, phoning the call centre, again, explaining my issue, again had to stay on hold for a few minutes and again they had to book me manually!
