Handed over - Account is actually in CREDIT

Well our friends at Lancet had the nerve to hand us over for R65 even though we have credit on our account for R 451.12.

This happened without once getting an invoice from then stating that we "owe" money (which we didn't because our account was in credit!)

I do not understand how they can risk your credit record where in essence we can hand them over because they owe us money and it has been sitting with them for almost 6 months!!!

Now I ask you how many people has suffered the same fate with incompetent staff in the accounts division. This is not the first report about Lancet just handing people over for no apparent reason and without any record that they contacted the client to rectify the matter! I just want to know when is it going to stop? Are they actually going to do their job properly or just try the scare tactic on everyone! I am sure they must realize there is a problem!!!

Should the Credit Bureau not actually have a procedure before people just get handed over and black listed.
