Extremely bad experience with online booking

I've just had another disappointed experience using the online booking at [URL Removed] The previous time (a week ago) the call centre said that the online traffic is causing the online booking to fail. I had to book using the call centre at an additional cost. Tonight, I tried booking again and I've got the same problem - the online booking get to the payment option just to 'hang' with no response. Tried to book calling the call centre but they do not take bookings? Call Centre is closed - is this the service they provide? Is this a strategy to get more money as everyone now has to book thru the call centre?
