So I took my Triton for a service on Tuesday. Gave them my service book etc. Get the Triton back the afternoon, get home and as per normal, check if the book has been stamped. No book. I go back to them on Wednesday, low and behold... the Pieter behind the counter asks if I have the Triton with me, cause maybe I haven't checked properly, so that he can check. No I don't have it with me and I did check. He tells me to bring the Triton the following day, so that he can check for me. I go back today and he checked, no service book. When I get there, he tells me not to worry, he's not angry with me!?! I am not one if his kids. Yet, still no book. So he reckons this is a minor problem, he will ask the service department to buy a new one. I said this is a FSH triton... I need my book. No, no they will sort it out, I don't have to worry. He will also phone his clients and ask if they don't have the wrong book by mistake. But at least he isn't angry with me for his mistake and loss of my property! This is brilliant for a professional company... or so called professional company! Pathetic!!!
I will never go back to Mitsubishi Centurion. The have no idea how to deal with a client!
