Kids right to good sight

I called the East rand mall shop to make a booking for my daughter so they can test her eyes. Firstly they asked me if I have medical aid, I replied that I'm looking at your promotion on the website and told them that it is for FREE for kids between 6 & 12. They also told me that they running too many promotions and therefore cant help the kids now. I was shocked and asked again when they can help. They replied only the end of Feb 2014. it is the 13 of Jan 2014 now.
Secondly, If I did not hear about the promotion that they running they would if charged out the to my Medical Aid and not even have offered this to me.
