Offer Free promotion on eye test and specs

As per advertised by Spec-savers free eye test and free specs only applies for some people, i am extremely disappointed in staff at KC Mall who has been given info and telling me to do the test on my medical aid because they only except 2 kids per day, based on that i was told they will claim from my medical aid and then i will be reimbursed from my medical aid, how possible is this if the medical aid have to pay them and pay me back so my question remains where does the free option applies??? i am so frustrated the way they put this over convincing me i will get my money back and i was told by the medical aid i will not get my money back, please be aware!!!
