Bad customer relations and no service at all

I saw an advert on there window children aged between 6 and 12 free eye test and spectacles! Driving all the way from Meyerton to Vanderbijlpark on Wednesday 11 September 2013! Upon arriving there was nobody in the store accept for the two ladies and a gentlemen working there chatting! I told them I saw the ad and wanted them to test my daughters eyes for me! The one lady immediately started paging through her dairy telling me they only take 2 kids per day and that they already did two kids! I then asked her did I drove all the way from Meyerton for nothing? Suddenly she asked did I had an appointment and when I said no she said they are only working on appointments! There was NOBODY in the store! If they really wanted to provide customer service they could have helped us! Terrible service with arrogance!
