Immunization and treated bad

I went to the clinic this morning and stood on the queue for like an hour with no one attending to us. one sister came and I asked her if i was on the right queue as i had brought a 3 year old for drops. she just looked at me and didn't say a thing. I went and asked again as i thought maybe she didn't hear me, she looked at me like i was smelling or something and didn't even say nothing. I could see that she heard me. I'm very furious because we [pay tax but we are treated like dirt. now ill have to go to a private clinic and yet im paying taxes. I really hope all nurses could be like the ones at protea glen ext 11 clinic. they are so professional, Im am really angry with the service i received.
