In Hospital procedure Invoice submitted on the 23/6/2013 via e-mail, refereance numberv received same day. Queried why no pay-out on the 1/7/2013, consultant said there was an error with the date? on the invoice. She appologised, furnished new reference numberand said she will get back to us asap and that invoice will be processed, which will take 2 working days for payment. (still waiting for call back). We phoned again on the 5/7/2013, spoke to another consultant, only to be told that there is another problem on the invoice, yet no calls from Discovery, we have to phone them for follow ups. Invoice was amended as per Discovery request and again we were told 2 working days for processing for payment. Phoned 9/7/2013 to follow up as we are doubtimng they're competence, only to be told by another consultant that the invoice again has a problem at which point we requested to speak to a manager only to be told by said supervisor that there is actually nothing wrong with the invoice and they will send it for processing. Guess what, we have to wait for another two days which means another week without our money. What is going on at Discovery? This is not acceptable! Useless!!
