I spoke to a Nicole this morning and she had an exceptional bad attitude and put the phone down on me. I thereafter spoke to one Shivona who asked me to reemail the documents which was sent through to Pravesh last week, which I did and she then put me on hold for a lengthy time and I could not hold on so I cut the call. She did not even bother to call me back. I then called back to Discovery and spoke to one Andrea who informed me that Shivona left at 15h30. Andrea Dorasamy then put me on hold for over 5 minutes and went to speak to her Manager?? and could not assist me but asked me to resend the claim through. How many times must I email the claim through. Pathetic.
