I spoke to Warren on the 11 December 2013, I explained to him that a claim was processed incorrectly on my account and that I need it to be corrected. ( Giving him all the details and explained everything) At this time this was the 7th call I had made to discovery regarding the some matter. Warren assured me that he would resolve this matter. It has been 3 weeks and counting, and my matter has still not been resolved. If this is the type of service Discovery gives to its client then I am Disgusted by this. I have made a number of calls to your company regarding this, and NO ONE seems to take ownership including Warren who is a specialist (a senior consultant) in his department, who placed me under the impression that he would assist me. Which I feel he should not even be in his current role, as he does not know that 1st thing about customer services!!! He never got back to me, my funds are still not in my savings account and the Year is ending. If this is the type of people Discovery employs to represent them. your name is a disgrace in my books. The services that Warren gives is PATHETIC and DISAPPOINTING!!!
I am very unhappy with the incompetence of your staff!!!
