FALSE QUOTATIONS

I was charged around R1200 - R1300 for myself, my souse and a child. THIS WAS THE TOTAL FOR ALL 3
The cabin charge was approximately R125 and this was excluding the port charges and was charged per person. When it got to the payment page there was a problem. This is very sad that we get to suffer the consequences due to msc system errors. I would like to go on the cruise for the price that I was quoted on.
I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY SEEM TO BE MAKING IT OUT TO BE MY PROBLEM THAT THERE WAS AN APPARENT SYSTEM ERROR ON THEIR SIDE... TODAY I RECEIVED 3 DIFFERENT QUOTES FROM MSC AND I ALSO DID A QUOTE FOR MYSELF..A SCREEN SHOT THE PRICE THAT I WAS QUOTED AND THE AMOUNT THAT THEY QUOTED ME ON WAS LIKE IN THE THE RANGE OF R7000 -R9000? I WAS QUOTED R3951.23... ALTHOUGH I STILL WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR THE INITIAL QUOTE OF R1200 - R1300. I HOPE THAT SOME SORT OF MANAGEMENT ASSIST ME AS A MATTER OF EXTREME URGENCY
