Kia service rip-off

Kia! Called the previous day and requested a quote for a 150 000km service. Was quoted R3500 for all work done.
At 15h15 that afternoon I receive a call a that says that my service is R6 800 as the oils are not included, as well as a additionalR1200 labour rate. This is not the R450 labour rate that is charged for the general service.
I arrived at Kia and wanted my car back as I felt this was a rip-off. Was told that they could still do my car in a hour, at the inflated price if so wished. After discussing it with the service manager, the quote was decreased to to R4700, which is still R1200 than the quoted price.
I was furious. First I was to that more than R1400 had to paid additionally for the oil, and the exorbitant labour fee. This is a total misleading of us a consumers and cannot be accepted.
I then called Menlyn and ask for a quote. Was again given a quote of R3500 included. I called the manager Jaques @ Menlyn branch who first said that the fee is to high, charged at Wonderwaters. He said he would phone Wonderwaters, as he trained the service manager that works there. And that he would fax me a quote fro Menlyn the same day. After 5 calls to Menlyn, a quote was on
