I booked a flight with Kulula on the 31/12/13 to Victoria falls leaving on the 02/01/14 from Cape Town. The price quoted online was R 8, 994.00 which was the best I could find. So I did all the required formalities and plugged in my card details and hit the "pay button" an error message popped up informing me something had gone wrong and to give Kulula a call. Over the phone a very helpful person took my card details and said they would process the payment and call me back. I then got a call saying that the amount online was incorrect and I now had to pay R 9, 904.00 for the ticket. I was not happy at all as I felt I should pay the price quoted, nevertheless I was told that nothing could be done and so the transaction went through. I received an sms stating that the R 8, 994.00 and R9, 904.00 had been taken from my account. I called Kulula again to inform them of the error and I was told not to worry it was just a hold and the amount of R 8, 994.00 would be released within 24Hrs, this has still not happened. This is not fair I should pay the price quoted and to still have a hold on my money is completely unethical.
