Quote on a Vehicle

I contacted Audi Centre Sandton about a Q3 demo that I was interested in purchasing. The sales consultant contacted me via email and quoted a price at R319 000. I was quite content with the amount offered for my car as a trade in. I emailed the sales consultant and then no reply after 2 days. I called in several times and the sales consultant did not return any of my calls. I contacted the dealer principal and a few minutes later a call was received by the sales consultant. This was when he sent me the incorrect quote 4 times. All quotes had different prices to the amount initially quoted of R319 000. After 2 weeks he emailed me stating that he made a few errors and was handing it over to someone else. Now a new price was quoted at R399 000.
What is going on with Audi Sandton? Why can't I get the quote with the initial price quoted?
