Mellow Laser Lynnwood Bad Attitude

I purchased two products yesterday from Mellow Laser in Lynnwood, to the value of R900. The packages are usually sealed with a protective film on the box, and includes an adhesive clear film on the inside of the product. I called back about 15 minutes after leaving and explained I just purchased these two items and that the box was opened and clear fingerprints on the lid plus the protective adhesive was used as there was cream on it, and my concern as I am flying out soon is that with the pressure in the plane it will come out. Without skipping a beat I was informed by whom I have now learnt is the owner that it is impossible, and that the stock arrived today (yesterday) and that I must have taken it off myself. I remained calm and thought it must be a misunderstanding and explained again that I did not open it and that the price sticker was on the box and questioned whether possibly it could have been opened as a sampler. I asked to have it replaced for what I paid for... a closed and new product, she agreed and this morning told me to get manners. I am shocked and appalled that an owner would treat someone like this, and on top of it, for such expensive products!
