Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Mis-Quoted

I went into the Kia/Imperial Multi Franchise in Olfiantsfontein road on the 22nd of March to only see a lovely Citroen C4 which i wanted. I was helped by Kabelo the saleman and when i asked what my repayment would be after i have traded my car in he said it would be R49590 for the car R4800 Reg R5000 service warranty R8000 for the leather seats. He said the re-payment would be /- R1200 so i said well i can pay up until R1300 that wouldn't be a problem. We did the forms and everything. Yesterday Kiron Smit phones me and says my payment would be R1700 so i said how can that be as Kabelo said R1200.00. AFter Kiron took off the leather seats and tracker which i never asked for my payment comes to R1490.00 which is still not fair as Kabelo said /-R1200 not more than R1300.00 I feel that i have been misled and misquoted. I have the my mother as a witness to Kabelo saying this. I feel that now I have to forfeit the car i want because of a saleman misquoting. When i spoke to Kabelo yesterday he said its not so much more to pay from R1200 - R1700 he then proceeded to say he doesn't work with the finance. Why did he give an installment quote in the first place then???
