False prices followed by bad service!

I tried to book a flight with SA Express, clicking on the available flights the website said that it is no longer available. I tried a few times, giving the website some time to update. I then called the call centre only to have my frustrations intensified! I spoke to the person on the line and they said the site is not live...(REALLY???). They then quoted me a different price to any of the prices on the site. He put me on hold for 35minutes for a manager. Elias (the manager) said he has no way of honouring the price on the website and that he would call me back. It is 2 days later and I still have not received the call back. I tried to book another flight on the website, only to encounter the same problem. I called them and was again quoted a price that is not even on the website. I was put through to a manager Ray Watts who was unhelpful and again quoted me a price different to what is on the website. I sent him a screen shot of the price and he said he sees it but can't honour that price. When I told him that this isnt acceptable he told me to complain to the people who run the website. Where is the customer service. Poor, poor service and false advertising!
