No Communication from Medical Aid

My first application for Bonitas Medical Scheme's Bonsave Option was sent on 14 November 2013. On 26 November 2013 I was contacted by a call center agent named Lebo (after I have phoned the morning to follow up on my application), only to be informed that two of the boxes on the application form was not ticked. I then re-sent the application form after I had ticked the boxes at around 11H13 on 26 November 2013. I contacted Bonitas again on 27 November 2013 and was informed that the application will only be approved within 5 working days even though another call center agent named Itumeleng had escalated my application.
I phoned your call center again this morning only to find that this agent was incompetent. All my previous emails sent to Bonitas via this same email address (only one given on website) had been found but the lady who assisted me this morning failed to find any of my emails sent to yourselves. I asked to be transferred to Itumeleng, to no avail, after this I was transferred to another extension and was then requested to leave a message. My call was placed at 08h53 and since then I have yet again not received any communication from Bonitas.
