Incompetent Call Center and Dealy on Refund

I resigned from my old employer and joined a new company on 1 November 2013.I have been made to pay for a subscription of R2500 for November 2013 and yet my account was deactivated effective 31 October 2013. i only learnt about my cancellation via sms sent to me by Bonitas on 4 December 2013. I have contacted Bonitas and requested that I be refunded my money and have been told that the system is down and it has been almost over a week now and everytime when I call I get told the same thing that the system is down. What is frustrating me is that, I was told on 25 November 2013 by an INCOMPETENT call center agent to make a payment and yet I was not a memeber anymore.
