I have been sending emails to Bonitas from the 5th of August as I would like to become a member. I called their call center and I received application Forms. On the 12th I emailed back the application forms together with supporting documents to [Email Removed] and I never received any feedback from them. On the 21st I decided to call their call center to check if they got my forms and what was the progress on my application and to my surprise I was told my application was not received. I then resent the application on that day and was told i will get an email with a reference but i never received anything back. The consultant put me through to a broker, he was not available I then left my name and number for him to call me back but I have not received any call back. I would have loved to start my membership on the 1st September. I don't know how this works but I am considering not to become a member anymore if this is how they treat their clients. This is not acceptable all i have been receiving is application forms nothing about my membership.
