Passing the Buck

I used to be on Prosano medical aid, from 1985, until Bonitas took them over and my plan became Bon classic 01/01/2013

I resigned from Bonitas/Prosano at the end of January 2013. Yesterday I contacted Bonitas to get my last tax certificates, and enquire as to when they will be refunding my medical savings account to me. It has been 6 months since I left the scheme.

The call centre agent just said they will pay the fund back to Prosano and I should contact them. According to me Prosano does not exist and is now Bonitas. I feel that they are passing the buck and responsibility.
I now have to run around to contact a company that does not exist, a company that merged with Bonitas.

Could someone from Bonitas please assist
