Sothern sun is a rip off!!

I made a reservation in octoner 2013 for the december holiday only to come to know that they cancelled my bookings last minute without a valid reason, even though my booking is fully paid. now it has become a problem because they delaying to refund my booking, and if this continues at this rate i will be forced to take legal action. i am very disappointed by this incident as i and my family have been loyal and regular customers to this hotel. even if i do get a refund i still will be taking legal action because my bookings was cancelled for the purpose of reselling it at a higher profit which is unethical and inappropriate business behaviour. i am disgusted with the management of this hotel and i would like to make my complaint heard to everyone so in future people ill not be treated the way i am been treated now.i will not rest until justice to this matter is resolved.when i asked for a beter perspective of this from a manager at the hotel i was not given a valid a reason and i was put in a waiting line, which is unfair because i have booked in advance.i urge everyone who has had the same problem to submit they complaints, as consumers of this service its our right.
