Very poor service from 2nd bigger medical scheme

I mean really now, my application was submitted on the 16 January and have been phoning the call center and all they do is to tell me the date of my submission but no help till today. I'm even scared on going to this stupid medical scheme if they cant even help you with a simple submission. you have a huge mark that you are the second best medical aid though you can't even handle a simple application? can some on who is there to work please get on with my application.
