I want my MONEY BACK!!!

Hi, My name is Vanessa. Bonitas Medical aid I want my money back with immediate effect. what happened was that I took a medical aid with them in Oct to be active the 1st Nov 2013, My new boss only paid me on the 6th of Nov, so it meant that they didn't find any funds available. On the 11th I called in and asked if they could move the debit dates for me, cause it seems like at this new job am at, there isn't a stable payday date. The guy told me that they couldn't help me with that etc, So I then requested for it to be terminated, seen that no one could help me (All call are recorded, please play them all). He then gave me the email address to attention my termination, I did that. weeks came and gone, I got no auto reply to let me know about the termination. On the 26th I called in to follow up about my termination and the 1st guy said he couldn't find the email, I resent and still nothing. Later I called and a guy called Akani tracked it down. On sunday my money was debited after I had sent a termination letter on the 11th. Ella, the supervisor, I spoke to on Monday the 2nd assured me of my refund. This morning I am told I cant get my money back. I want my money now.
