STILL changed my termination date unilaterally

SO I have tried my best to sort this out. I emailed the statement of payment for the R688.07 and it was acknowledged that i paid - you had sent me threatening ITC documentation and all along i HAD paid. I still wish for the termination date to reflect until end Jan (as per my real termination) and you STILL refuse to change the date from Dec 2012. I have paid all my fees (until end Jan) and outstanding R688.07 and now you refuse to change the termination date STILL.

Must i approach the ombudsman on this? What you are doing is illegal and just because you are a big company does not give you the right to prejiduce me especially since I do not owe you any money???
