Frusteration

L am due to have major dental work on the 9th December, l supplied the medical aid with quotes for the Oral Surgeon, and various other people involved.on the 25th Nov 2013. l spent most of today trying to get authorisation for these treatments and it is very frusterating. l was passed from department to department put on hold calls dropped on me given what l consider to be stupid answers by people who don' t know what day are talking about. Sasolmed is one of the best medical aids in South Africa but the administration of this scheme from my experience is very bad
