I am so upset with the level of service from a company that I have always has only but good to speak of. I contacted Bonitas in the 1st week of December 2013 (ref 9121213qgm3v4) to notify them of my retirement. I was told to forward a letter stating when I would like my medical aid terminated to an email address that did not exist. I called again on 13/12/2013 (ref 131213qgr9sl) confirming where to send & was given a totally different email address. I then sent this email and received a response on the 13/12/2013 stating that my query would be resolved within 5 working days! 8 Working days later I had to contact Bonitas again after no response or communication had been received at all. Only to get through to a Call Centre Agent (Zoleka Thabethe) who could not at all understand what I asked. After trying to explain myself for 18 minutes over & over I got so frustrated & then asked to be assisted by her Superior (Akani - He delivered good service) although just to find that my first 2 calls to Bonitas were a waste of my time as I was misinformed by staff. I am furious at this level of service that has just inconvenienced me - All I want is a Termination Certificate. I will never recommend
