On the 30th November 2012 I terminated my membership with Nedgroup. As I was on the savings plan I had money in my savings account. On the 7th November 2012 I emailed them to please transfer the money to my new medical aid. Nedgroup agrees to do this in 6 months from termination date.
On the 4tth June I follow up with Nedgroup asking for proof of transfer. They do not respond to my email. On the 7th June I follow up again - I do not receive feedback. On the 11th June I follow up again with the same email. On the 11th June they confirm money has been transferred and I should follow up with my new medical aid. The new Medical Aid did not receive the transfer. I email Nedgroup asking for proof of transfer again on the 11th June. On the 12th June they respond that the payment has not been made to the new medical aid and I need to wait until the end of June or the July for payment Clearly they do not keep track as the original email was sent on the 7th November 2012. I email them again on the 12th June attaching all previous correspondence to them I still have not received any feedback to date. I am completely appalled at the service, lack of integrity of Nedgroup.
