General Manager dose not care

I had issues with by booking and as a final resource I requested to speak with GM. His PA answered the phone. I informed her that I have to speak to GM in regards to my booking. She went to him and informed about me being on the line he brushed her off by asking her why do I want to speak to him. All this I could her via the phone set. The PA came back to the phone and I had to explain more in detail my problem. Once again she went back to GM and I repeated what I just told her. The GM with HUGE irritation in his voice gave instruction to his PA to tell me that he is busy with something else at the moment, he can not take my phone call. If I have problems with my reservation - I have to go back to reservations department and deal with them. Once again, he is busy now and can not take may call. When PA came back to the phone set I told her straight that I heard every single word and asked her just to transfer me back to reservations.
I was really upset and could not understand how person like this is appointed in General Manager's position. It was so rude and unprofessional. Where is his Customer Care skills and service? Very disappointing...
