VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL

I contacted Edgars CUSTOMER SERVICE line (0860112442) to ask for a statement for my account. The first time i was told to hold on - And off course i was cut off. The second time i got through and the person told me that they are sending the statement immediately. After 30 minutes - still nothing. The third time i called a lady named Hlanhla answered the phone. From the get-go i could hear that she wasn't interested in the call or assisting me. The manner in which she spoke to me was very unprofessional and no care. She was very rude and unhelpful... I asked to speak to her manager. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes then came back and said: WHATS YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER? I asked her where her manager was as i asked to speak to him/her. She replied again by saying: ACCOUNT NUMBER. I said to her: I would like to speak to your manager. She then said that i can speak to the account manager after i give her the account number (which i then gave to her) She put me back on hold for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES - Only to cut me off... I am furious!
