Impossible to get quotation for midwife birth

"FRUSTRATED" is not the word! Pair this with pregnancy hormones, and you end up with one upset client. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a quotation from Momentum Health to ensure that they cover a midwife water birth. (I thought it would be best to do my homework beforehand rather than getting a nasty surprise later.) When I phoned the call centre the first time, they told me that they will cover 100%. Then I went into more detail and read them the codes... turns out they only cover 2 of the codes. So I went back to the midwife to ensure that I have all the correct codes. I phoned the call centre again and they asked me to email them her quotation. After doing that, they replied and said the codes are incorrect. So, back to the midwife. I got the same codes again and had it checked by a doctor who confirmed that it is correct. I sent it to Momentum again; they replied a few days later stating that they cannot answer me due to security reasons, since my husband is the main member. Could they not have communicated this from the very start?! If it's this difficult to get a quotation, how hard will it be to claim? I really don't want to lose my midwife booking due to this!
