On 28/12/2013 I called and spoke to someone who answered the phone and had a query regarding a booking for my nephew to travel to Kokstad from Johannesburg. I was informed that their systems are offline and that they are not sure when they might be on-line. They suggested that I call back later to check if they are on-line which was not a problem. I then asked who I am speaking to and was informed by the person who answered the phone that I do not need to know her name. I then asked to speak to her supervisor who also did not inform me of what his name is.

What I want is that the person who answered the call as well as her supervisor should be fired as they do not know how to provide customer service. They are the reason why I will be taking by business elsewhere.

How many other customers have been lost as a result of their bad customer service.
