Refund of Claim

I submitted a claim for chronic medicine on 11th October 2013. I paid the full amount when purchasing the medicine. R235.00 was refunded to the pharmacy and not to me (despite two phone calls from me to try and stop payment to the supplier). I obtained a letter from the supplier stating that they should be debited for R235.00 and that I must be refunded the same amount. The supplier also submitted the same letter to Discovery. I submitted this letter as well as the paid invoice to Discovery on 24th October. My reference number is 3053981359. The claim was ignored so I phoned the call centre on 25th October. The consultant advised that the claim will paid within three working days. The new reference number was 305 536 0014. No payment was made and I phoned again yesterday, 31st November and was told by the consultant that a hold was placed on payment. She would ask the first consultant to phone me and explain what happened. He did not phone and, to date, no payment has been received.
