I've sent through a claim which I made a cash payment for to be processed against my account to close my self payment gap on 13/05/2013. Reference number: 2850133729. I send another email on 14/05/2013 to point out on the claim where the total amount was reflecting because these people cant read a claim from top to bottom. Reference number: 2851714106. And then again I've sent a follow up email on 23/05/2013 to find out what the is happening with this claim. Reference number: 2863998982. To date which is now over 2 weeks later, I have not received any feedback on my claim nor is the claimed amount reflecting on my account.
When can I expect any feedback from Discovery on my claim? Can someone atleast phone me or reply to my countless emails so I know what is happening??
