I was in my self-payment gap and went into my above threshold benefits. I went to the dentist and paid the amount in full. I then went onto my online profile and submitted the invoices and the proof of payment expecting to be refunded within days.

I then got a sms stating that my claim had been processed and the amount will be paid to the "healthcare professional". I immediately contacted them and indicated that they should not pay the healthcare professional but me as the member. They then indicated that they received my claim but could not pick up the proof of payment and requested I mail it to them.

I them mailed the claim and proof of payment through to them and received a reference number. A week later I had heard nothing back nor received a refund so I contacted them again. The said that they received my mail but again could not pick up the "proof of payment".

I have now sent only the proof of payment through again. This is a simple PDF attachment and was in the same format as the claims. There is no reason their systems should not pick this up considering I have sent it on multiple occasions.

Please discovery, help me with my refund.
