I put through a claim to Discovery (of which the original was sent on the 24th of January) but i received no reference number. I sent through the claim again on 31 January (with reference 2713178659). I called them later (referece 2731138162) to follow up on my claim, to be told it was in processing and they could tell me know more, but that the claim would be escalated. I called again last week (with reference 2748505330) to be told exactly the same thing again. So it will be going on two months ago that i sent my claim in (with Discovery's cut off being 3 months - what is the issue here)?

You have processed every other claim that a supplier has sent you in the interim, but the only claim i have submitted myself this year has not been paid?

Please could someone resolve this ASAP?
