Livid with Discovery Claims incompetency!!!

I had been to Fourways Life Hospital on 18 March 2013 for a colonoscopy & endoscopy, I had to pay R2850 as a co-payment to the hospital. I was assured by a Discovery consultant that I could claim the R2850 back & the available funds will be paid to me. I initially sent a payment receipt &NO communication from Discovery to say they needed more info, I sent through the payment receipt again, this time to get an email to say that "We only received a receipt as proof of payment. Please include the related account & refax it to 0860 329 252" I contacted Fourways Life immediately & got the full account statement which was both faxed & emailed to Discovery 2 WEEKS AGO. I get another sms the next day "We only received a receipt as proof of payment. Please include the related account & refax it to 0860 329 252" at this point im very upset. I called Discovery & gave the consultant the reference number that I received from Discovery Health email, the consultant said that there was no info pertaining to that claim. I submitted a claim on 28 March for R350 in the Disc claim box @ Fourways Life, NO PAYMENT TO DATE! NO OTHER CLAIMS MUST BE PROCESSED BEFORE THESE 2 CLAIMS - I will be very upset!
