Claim - Dr now paid twice

On 30 May 2013 I called the call centre to enquire about a claim that the people from Dr Russel Lurie's rooms said they submitted, only for discovery to confirm that that claim was never received. Dr Lurie handed the account over and I now had to pay those dept collectors. On the same day, 30 May 2013 I sent an email to claims@discovery with the invoice from the doctor plus proof of payment that I made to the debt collectors. Then on 04 June 2013 I get an email from discovery stating that Dr Lurie would be paid on 05 June 2013. Today I call the call centre to find out what happened because the Dr (Lurie) has clearly been paid twice now and that guy (Anele) tells me he can't trace the original email where I sent the Dr's invoice plus the proof of payment, all he can see is the Dr's invoice after I gave him reference number 2873094223. Can someone please look into this matter and pay me back my money.
