I had one appointment with this physio and chose to discontinue follow ups. Her secretary phoned and asked if I wanted another appointment and I said no. She then continued to pester my family as to why I didn't want more appointments. Her attitude on the phone was altogether very rude and unbusiness like. She doesn't realize she provides a service and is in no way entitled to treat me as one of her peers.
