They do not honour their guarantee nor appointments.

I've been struggling for over two months for them to honour an appointment. On the day of appointment - they don't show and then avoid your call and then have nerve to say they were double booked when they confirmed booking via email/txt/phone. No common decency to let client know that they are not honouring appointment.

Absolutely pathetic!
