Phoned at 8:43 to book an appointment. An appointment for 11:15 was confirmed. When I arrived at 11:08 they had no record of my appointment and the receptionist that made my appointment denied confirming the appointment. Now sitting and waiting for all the other patients in reception to be helped before I can see the dr. Terrible service and horrible attitude.
