On the 12th of January 2013 I went to physio, because it was my first time there, I paid cash... on the 15th of Jan I submitted my claim to discovery with a big black stamp on it saying "PAID, Please reimburse member"

On the 18th of January, I get an email from Discovery saying that my claim has been processed and they will be paying the service provider on the 23rd of Jan.

So I phoned them an informed them, uhm, the claim says pay member, not the provider...

"Oh we're terribly sorry, I will escalate this and you will be paid in 2-3 days..." 4 days later I phoned them again and was told it's with the processing department and it will be paid in 2-3 days...

4 days later, a manger phoned me and apologized profusely for the delay, stating that there's some or other problem with their claim processing system and they are working on it... he also stated that i would be paid in 2-3 days...

I've been needing to go back to the physio and have since this process started, even had to cancel my follow-up appointment because I have no idea when discovery is going to pay for these appointments...

Today is Feb 4th, almost a week later... still waiting for discovery to pay...
