4 "appointments" later and still no ADSL

End of November we signed a contract for ADSL and an appointment was made for 2 Dec for line installation. The Elardus park technician arrived but told us he could not do anything as a cable has to be replaced. No further info was given and no appointment was made. After about 2 weeks we got an sms booking an appointment for us the following day and we moved all our appointments for the day and waited. the technician did not arrive and when we went to enquire in the store why not they told us it was because he did not get response from us even though my husband and I were both home all day and no one tried to phone us from telkom all day. Same story with the next appointment. On the 4th appointment on 2nd of Jan, the technician arrived and did a few things and then told us he called a guy from centurion to finish the job because there is something he can not do and he will bring us the modem etc a bit later. he never did. Once again we went to the store where the manager took our details and said she would phone later. She phoned and told us that the cable that had to be replaced initially was still not done and they dont know when it will be. We need our ADSL ASAP for work!
