Bad attitude

On 27 September 2013 (worse on my birthday) I had an appointment booked for my FIRST family planning. The appointment was for 13:30, which I chose as it was my half day at work. When I got there I was told the Sr was on lunch, I patiently waited next to the door. On her arrival at 13:42, by that time it was me and the other patient, she didnt even greet us (of which I thought it was because she was late).
She came out to call me, she did not greet us again and just said "kan ek help? ". I replied politely by saying "good day mam", her response was again "kan ek help". I told her I was there for my 13:30 appointment, she lashed out at me by saying she cannot see me as I had already missed my 12:30 appointment. I told her that I booked specifically 13:30 because I was knocking off at 12:30.
She then said to me where is the injection, I said what injection? She lashed out again saying I was suppose to fetch it from the pharmacist. How was I to know that on my first visit? She then said I must fetch it quickly as she has another appointment. I then said to her thank you, I will make another day for my appointment. I was very upset when I left that place and will never go there again!
