I have a Gynaecologist in Claremont, her name is Dr Kerry Sherwood. I love this Gynaecologist because of her lovely bedside manner, however, it is her secretary that I struggle with and the customer experience I have had with her.

I called to change my appointment on Monday 18/11/2013 for an appointment scheduled for the 29/11/2013 or something to that effect.

I called her secretary, Karin to cancel the appointment and she says in return, "I hope you realize what work you have just created for me" and she goes on saying, "I have just plotted out all your dates to see Kerry and now I have to redo them! "

I mentioned to her that It's not like I am doing it on purpose and cannot help cancellations.

I called again today, 04/12/2013 to cancel the appointment made for 05/12/2013 (this is after I had emailed her 03/12/2013) to cancel.

She mentioned to me that she really doesn't have the time to answer every single email she receives, she says to me that she receives 400 emails a day & she is still trying to send a fax since Monday, but she has cancelled the appointment.

I, too am in Client relations and do not treat my clients like this. I am very unhappy with this kind of service!
