My grandpa was working at Yskor and he passed away about 33 years ago. my gran became the main member on the medical aid as she was on the medical aid with him. as Yskor changed the medical aids she changed with them, ...first it was Yskor then Copano and in 2006 they changed to Bonitas, the lady at the call centre said to me that they charged my gran 75% (R1479.75) extra on her medical aid contribution because she did not have a medical aid for - 30 years. Yskor (MItal) changed the medical aid, ...NOT HER... the more I tried to explain this to the call centre agent the more she does not understand what i am trying to say, ...or maby she does not want to understand!!!
CAN SOMEONE THAT CAN SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS PHONE ME???
