A few years ago we went to the dentist regulary, then afer a while they send us accounts that the medical aid didn't pay for. After many calls the medical aid confirmed that they haven't received any claims whatsoever from the dentist. At the end of last year after many hours of sitting and waiting, the financial clerk saw that they send the claims for the medical aid to the wrong medical aid. Now the dentist expect from me to go for a repair appointment. In the beginning of this year I called to make that appointment and then Belinda said that the dentist is too busy now for such appointments and that she will call me back to arrange for another appointment, and that haven't happened yet. For 2 weeks now I have received sms's that I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. At that stage I didn't now which dentist (I went to another dentist to avoid such an incident again) and at what time, because I haven't made any appointment at a dentist in a long time. I've replied to the sms's with no reaction in return. Then Belinda called one morning and was very rude and threatened me on the phone because I couldn't make the appointments she made without my notice.
